How to sign up, what to do.
Signing up for a table is easy. Getting the most out of the day is up to you, but we're here to help you make the best of it!

Important Information
This is a market day, not a convention. People are coming specifically to shop and buy from you.
Any Restrictions?
- MFMM is tailored for independent artists and makers.
Commercial applicants will be considered, but may be declined. - Applicants should be selling items they have made or produced themselves, or items with an animal or creature theme. Other styles or products are welcome to apply, but may not suit. We'll talk to you if this is the case
- We will not accept traders with AI generated art or products.
What to expect...
We had over 900 attendees across the day last year!
Your table and space are organised by us. Your job is to prepare your table and display, set it up, and have a stellar day.
This year we'll be at a bigger, better venue, with more space for every trader.
It's also a great time to network with fans and other traders. Though a profit is a great goal, we highly encourage you to look at the event as a way to advertise and connect as well.
Sounds good, what's involved?
Signing up...
Step1:
Register on the website.
And confirm your email. You will have 7 days to confirm your account, or it will be removed (Due to bot traffic)
Step2:
Log in
Choose what area you'd like. Trader, Art show, Artist alley, Suit-maker.
Step3:
Decide on your options
Add your details. (Trader profile, item details etc)
Step4:
We'll then confirm your details
If anything needs to be adjusted, we'll email you.
Step5:
Pay to confirm your space
Once everything is approved, pay to finalise your booking!
On the day...
8am - Traders setup
At 8am, arrive, set up your displays, and prepare for the day.
10am - Doors open
At 10am, doors open! Have a great sales day!
4pm - Market ends
At 4pm we close, all traders pack down, head home.
Traders must be out by 6pm.
Add-ons to think about.
Do you need parking?
We've pre-booked 40 parking spaces with the showgrounds for traders. Parking spots are $25/ea for the day.
Do you want a backing board?
Though a table is critical, a backing-board enhances your stall for signage, examples and posters. These are available at $40/ea
Do you need an assistant?
Traders are allowed a free ticket for one assistant per trader. Add their details to your application.
Do you need extra space?
We have more room this year so traders can buy multiple tables, or even a booth!

Art show
For makers showing off single items

If you're a maker of paintings, sculptures, or other single items, this is the perfect option for you.
Not everyone has a table's worth of small items to show.
Display space in the gallery (wall or table)
** Option to sell your items!:$10 to add your phone number or website to the display for buyers to contact you.
10% of sale price (Min $50) to handle the transaction on-site, and transfer the money to you after the event.

Suit-maker showcase
For fursuit or costume makers to showcase their work

With the extra room this year, we wanted to offer a dedicated space for fursuit and costume makers to showcase their creations.
Either a proud work, or an item for sale.
This is a great opportunity to show your works to new members of the fandom, and the general public.
Display space (Manequin, small table or stand are B.Y.O and not included)
2x angled backing boards for hanging parts, posters, logo and booking information.
Area will be monitored.
